Our Story

The Penn-Mar Irish Festival is held annually on the third Saturday in June on the grassy grounds of The Markets at Shrewsbury, just north of the MD/PA border. The festival features high-quality traditional and contemporary Irish music and dance featuring regional performers plus some special guests who are nationally- and internationally-known. The day also features cultural workshops, a variety of Irish-themed vendors, a free children's activity area, plus food and beverages.

Our 2024 lineup includes the following performers:

Eileen Ivers
The Brigideens
Ian Carroll and The Patrick Players
Cas Ceol
Cormorant's Fancy
The Emigsville Band
Hold Fast
Enda Reilly
Screaming Orphans
Susquehanna Pipes & Drums
The Emigsville Band
