Give Local York 2025 Prizes - $60,000+ up for grabs!
Below is the available information on the currently planned Prizes. The list is broken down by day and hour. If you’re interested. in ones that require a form, you must fill out the form by 12 PM on Thursday, May 1. There are no exceptions.
Organization size is determined by the operating budget information provided by the organization at the time of registration.
- Extra Small: $0-$49,999
- Small: $50,000-$249,999
- Medium: $250,000-$999,999
- Large: $1,000,000+
“Individual Donor/Donation” = each individual donor that is identified through the email address tied to every donation.
Additional Stretch Pool funds and Prizes may be added before May 1.
Some prizes, as noted below, require a submission or extra task to determine your eligibility to win – just choose the prize categories that are applicable to your organization!
An organization can only win ONE competitive hourly prize (First Hour, Seventh Inning Stretch, ACNB, GRIT, Doceo, Happy Hour, SEK, Embracing Aging) but IS eligible for additional challenge, "random," and match prizes.
Offline gifts are not eligible for prizes.

The Fulton First Prize
Here we go! The organization who receives the very first donation during Give Local York will be gifted an extra $500, thanks to Fulton Bank!
The Fulton First Hour Prize
We’re planning to start strong. The organization who receives the most individual donors from 9 - 10 PM on May 1 will receive an extra $1,000, thanks to Fulton Bank!

The Good (K)night Prize
In memory of Douglas Knight, all organizations in the “extra small” category who receive a donation between 10 - 10:05 PM on May 1st will be entered to win an extra $250, thanks to these generous supporters: Britta Schwab, The Kenny Family, and Lisa Barshinger.
Thursday, 11 PM
The Tools of Success Prize
In the months leading up to Give Local, we’re working with our nonprofits to give them the tools for a successful Give Day. Organizations with a fully completed Give Day and GLY365 profile, and at least one Peer to Peer fundraiser, by April 21 are eligible to win an extra $250 from our friends at C&S Wholesale Grocers. The winning organization will be announced during the 11 PM hour on May 1!

The Sparks Fly at Midnight Prize
As we end the first few hours of Give Local York, our work has only just started to spark the spirit of giving across York County. The organization who receives the most donations from 12 – 12:59 AM will receive an extra $1,000, thanks to Southwire!
Friday, 1 AM
The Humble Beginnings Prize
Everyone has to start somewhere! Two organizations who get their first donation during the 1 AM hour will each receive an extra $500, thanks to the Graham Group! If no organizations meet the above criteria, it will move to the organization(s) who receive their second donation, third donation, etc. until a winner is found.
McConkey's Minute of Impact (1:35 AM)
To celebrate their 135th anniversary, McConkey Insurance is giving $1,890 to the nonprofit who receives the most unique donors at 1:35 AM. Thank you, McConkey!

The Keep Us Awake Prize
The 2 AM hour is historically the slowest hour of Give Local York. To keep the team awake, we’re going to look through all the things happening in York. Thanks to our friends at Explore York, all donations made to Explore York member organizations during the 2:00 – 3:00 AM hour will be matched until the $1,000 prize is depleted. The Treat Yourself Prize
As fundraisers during campaign season, it can be easy to put self-care on the back burner. Highmark Blue Shield cares about your health and wellness — so we want to know: how are you and your team taking care of yourselves leading up to the big Give Day? Share your wellness moments using #GiveLocalYork, and your organization will be entered into a random drawing to win $1,000, thanks to Highmark Blue Shield!

The Early Morning Workout Prize
Robert C. Hoffman, the founder and then president of York Barbell Company, Inc. championed the causes of healthful living, nutrition, and physical fitness. Upon his death in 1985, the Bob Hoffman Foundation began funding “the promotion of public health and physical fitness through education, nutrition, exercise and athletic competition.” YCCF administers the Bob Hoffman Sports and Fitness Fund, continuing Mr. Hoffman’s legacy. Organizations in these categories will be entered to randomly win one of five $1,000 prizes on Give Day. Winning organizations will be chosen during the 4 AM hour on May 2! The Morning Walk Prize
While you're out taking your furry friend for their morning walk, why not make a donation to your favorite animal-focused organization? Any organization with an animal-related mission that receives at least one donation between 5:00 – 5:59 AM will be entered into a drawing to win an extra $1,000, thanks to Patton Veterinary Hospital!

A Force for Good Prize
CGA Law Firm’s mission is to provide exceptional legal services to individuals, businesses and local government and to be a force for good in our community. CGA will be celebrating all who support our community by offering “A Force for Good” prize: two organizations - one small/extra small and one med/large - that receive the first donation at 6:00 AM will receive an extra $500, thanks to CGA Law Firm.

The Seventh Inning Stretch Prize
It’s time to catch a second wind! From 7:00 to 8:00 AM on May 2, the organization that has the most unique donors during the hour will receive an additional $1,000 from the York Revolution!

Something’s Brewing with Samantha Sheppard
One of the most important things about fundraising is marketing yourself and telling your story, but you also need to have fun! We’re challenging our participating organizations to make a :30-:60 video about themselves to share their mission and their story. Samantha will help the Give Local York team pick the winning organization, who will be awarded $1,000 during the 8 AM hour! Please fill out this form to be considered.

The Exploring New Possibilities Prize
QNTM Marketings' ambassador, Dynamo, is all about exploring new paths and potentials, just like nonprofits and new donors. The organization who receives the most unique donors between 9:00 – 9:59 AM will receive an extra $1,000, thanks to QNTM Marketing!

The Grit Morning Brunch Prize
The GRIT Team is dedicated to improving the community in which we live. During the morning brunch hour (10:00 - 11:00 AM) on May 2, GRIT will give $1,000 to the first organization to get to 15 unique donors.

The Donor for a Day Prize
From April 1 through May 1, you shared on social media who you would give $1,000 to if you were able. Thanks to New Standard, all submitted organizations have been entered into a drawing to randomly win that donation. Winning organization will be chosen during the 11 AM hour on May 2!

The Refrmaing Aging Prize
York County Community Foundation’s Embracing Aging is celebrating its 12th year of improving how people experience aging in York County. To celebrate, Embracing Aging will award $1,500 to two organizations (one small/x-small, one medium/large), serving people 50+, who receive the most donors between the hours of 9:00 PM on May 1 through 12:00 PM on May 2. Wagman, Inc. is celebrating 123 years of dedication to the York County community! To mark this incredible milestone, the first 10 organizations to receive a donation at or closest to 1:23 PM on May 2 will each receive an extra $100, thanks to Wagman, Inc. Let’s celebrate 123 years of building community — one gift at a time!

The Mabel L. Slifer Fund at YCCF supports organizations that provide homes to stray and abandoned animals, curb animal cruelty and educate the public on animal wellness and safety. The Story of Kindness Prize
To celebrate the 2.6 miles a Good Samaritan drove to return a lost wallet, Kindness Worldwide is spreading even more kindness! They will be awarding $2,600 to one organization that has demonstrated kindness through its mission and has been nominated by those they've impacted. The winner will be announced during the 3 PM hour on May 2! Please fill out this form to be considered.

The Biggest Curve Ball Prize
We’re here to make history. Based on comments on our Give Local York Livestream, one organization will be drawn to win the biggest prize in Give Local York history — $5,000 — thanks to Inch & Co.! To enter, simply comment the name of your favorite participating nonprofit on the livestream throughout the day on May 2. Each nonprofit can only be entered once, and the winner will be announced during the 4 PM hour.

The Open Market Prize
The US Stock Exchange is open from 9:30 AM – 4 PM, and that is inspiring The Financial Advisory Group to award $1,000 to the organization whose P2P Fundraisers receive the most individual donations from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (the hours that the US Stock Exchange is open!) on May 2!
The Happy Hour Prize (5:15 PM)
TGIF! Before you unwind from the work week, make your donation at 5:15 PM. The organization who receives a donation closest to that time will be given an extra $1,000 from Alternative HR, who is celebrating their 15th anniversary!

The Revs Nonprofit Homestand Prize
The York Revolution will award a Non-Profit Homestand Partnership to one extra-small or small nonprofit organization. Valued at $5,250, this partnership gives the nonprofit sponsorship of a series of games including a comprehensive marketing campaign associated with the series that includes social media, website, radio commercials, marquee, game promos, first pitch, pre-game speech and so much more! The winner will be announced at 6:30 PM! Please fill out this form to be considered.
The Cornerstone Clean Up Prize
To continue their dedication to the community through neighborhood clean ups, the Cornerstone Barbershop is gifting $500 to one environmental organization who receives the most donors from 6:00 - 6:59 PM!

The C.S. Davidson 1923 Prize
To celebrate the year of their founding, 1923, starting at 7:23 PM (19:23), C.S. Davidson will match the first 10 $100 gifts to organizations.
The First Capital Credit Union Match (7:54 PM)
In commemoration of First Capital FCU’s year of founding, 1954, at 19:54 (7:54 PM) ALL GIFTS up to $100 will be matched by First Capital FCU until the minute is over or until the $1,500 Match Minute Pool has been completely depleted!
Friday, 8 PM
The Tail End Charlie Prize
$500 will be awarded to the organization who raises the least during Give Local York (organization must have raised at least $10), thanks to the Tansey Family!
The Final Countdown Prize
It’s the final push to get those donations! During this last hour of Give Local York, the Kenny Family is rewarding organizations that receive the most individual donations from 8:00 - 8:59 PM: $600 for 1st place, $300 for 2nd place, and $100 3rd place.

The Making Memories Prize
To us, the Big Give Celebration is all about making memories. Thanks to Snapshot Photobooth, there will be a free photobooth outside WellSpan Park. If you take pictures in the photobooth and post them online - tagging both Wagman and Give Local York - you will be entered into a drawing to award $100 to the nonprofit of your choice. The winner will be chosen Monday, May 5, at noon.
The Home Run Prize
The first 1,000 fans to attend the Friday night York Revolution game will receive a ballot to vote for their favorite organization to win additional prizes of:
